- Provides support on the design, development, and modification of electrical systems, components, and equipment based on project requirements and specifications. This includes creating/reviewing detailed schematics, conducting feasibility studies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Participates in electrical engineering projects from initiation to completion, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Complies with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations throughout the design, implementation, and maintenance phases.
- Collaborates on risk assessments, developing safety protocols, and actively contributes to the creation of a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Maintains accurate records of design changes, project milestones, and equipment performance to support future reference and decision-making processes.
- Collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to seamlessly integration electrical systems.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or Architecture/Engineering.
- Design, layout, and circuiting equipment for electrical systems, (i.e. lighting systems, HVAC and Plumbing equipment, etc.)
- Collaborate effectively with other engineers, architects, and project stakeholders including owners
- Working knowledge of NEC and IESNA
- Working knowledge of ASHRAE 90.1 and IECC
