This position provides support to a team of escrow officers. Duties range from order entry and file set-up, through post-closing.

Essential Duties

  • Originate all new orders
  • Complete data entry and send to title plant for processing
  • Detailed review of incoming real estate contracts
  • Receives, processes and distributes all contracts to all parties
  • Deposit earnest money
  • Order taxes

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Expert computer skills including working with Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
