We currently have an opening for an experienced Residential Escrow Assistant at our Downtown office.
Job Summary
- Review Contracts and set tasks for critical contract dates
- Communicate with other departments to set up new orders
- Review and send commitments to buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders
- Review and respond to client emails as appropriate
- Balancing all files for funding
- Order home warranties, payoffs, HOA documents, etc.
- Assist closer and other team members as needed
Requirements
- Top notch communication skills: written, by phone, and in-person
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Solid MS Word & Excel skills
- Ability to work on a team and individually
Preferred
- 2+ years of success in residential escrow, mortgage lending, or banking
- Experience opening orders, ordering payoffs, insurance, and packaging loans
