Job Summary: This position is responsible for the preparation, planning, and follow-up of IronPro agreements and National Accounts agreements. Provides assistance on improving product support efficiencies and maximizing customer satisfaction. This includes agreement renewals, quoting assistance, organizing, billing using both internal and external systems, documentation, and filing of paperwork.
The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily:
