Founded in June 2011, Howard Energy Partners (HEP) is a privately held midstream company with operations primarily focused in the Eagle Ford Shale region of South Texas and the Marcellus Shale region of Northeast Pennsylvania. HEP currently owns and operates more than 600 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines, a 200,000 cubic feet per day natural gas processing plant, a 10,000 barrel per day condensate stabilizer, and a 220,000 barrel liquids storage terminal.
