Job Summary:

This position will work primarily on Treasury Management daily operational duties to ensure all processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. They will assist with processing, coordinating, and onboarding of Treasury Management products to ensure delivery is within approved service level agreements. This individual works closely with the Treasury Management Officers to enhance the satisfaction of our customers through timely and accurate onboarding.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Provide premier customer service and support for all Treasury Management products and applications
  • Monitor the Treasury Management online banking system and related products /applications to effectively service corporate customers
  • Assist with daily/weekly/monthly Treasury Management operations for all services, this includes processing of Wires, ACH, Lockbox, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay and any other Treasury Management related services.
  • Take incoming calls to fulfill servicing requests and provide technical assistance
  • Troubleshoot escalated customer support issues to include but not limited to Online banking activity (Wires, ACH Origination, Bill Pay, transfers, etc.)
  • Maintain knowledge of Treasury Management products and services from both an end-user and technical perspective
  • Performs QA testing in for any new changes related to corporate online banking
  • Performs set ups on multiple applications based on customer needs
  • Fulfill Service Level Agreements for daily issues and processes
  • Performs maintenance for existing customers to add and/or remove Treasury services

  • Willing to learn how to navigate new software systems and attend training

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE

  • College degree desired; banking experience may take the place of college education
  • Familiar with Treasury Management products and services
  • Proficient in computer skills, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Customer service, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; proper phone and email etiquette required
  • Have strong mathematical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Previous banking experience preferred
  • Customer Service experience is preferred
