The ATM Specialist I position is responsible for monitoring status of ATM machines, dispatching vendor to ATM to troubleshoot issues, and ensuring ATMs are in service. This position is also responsible for communication of ATM outages and maintaining ATM activity logs.Job Description:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring statuses of ATMs throughout the company.
- Assisting with projects involving ATM's
- Based on changes in ATM's statuses, researching and isolating cause.
- Coordinating with marketing to maintain updated ATM screens.
- Analyze reports to identify issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Prepare and organize data used for reports.
- Dispatching the appropriate vendor to ATM to troubleshoot issues.
- Review and process vendor invoices.
- Ensuring proper steps are taken by vendors to bring ATMs in service.
- Point of contact for reports of ATM outages or issues.
- Communicating ATM outages/restorations to appropriate people.
- Maintaining logs of all events occurring at ATM's.

EDUCATION
- College diploma, some college or equivalent work experience preferred. High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- ATM Support experience or related field in troubleshooting environment is a plus.
