Job Summary:

Supports and oversees all daily functions in bookkeeping department for the four areas: Research/Adjustments, Day 2 Processing, Reconciliation area and W8 Cert/Dormant-Escheatment. Assists and resolves issues for bank personnel by trouble shooting their concerns via email and telephone.

  • Supervises department staff to ensure daily deadlines are met

  • Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem solving and decision-making.

  • Develops department staff and cross train in different areas of the department to support job roles as needed

  • Reviews and approves employee’s time clock exception timely to avoid possible delays or misprocessing

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE

  • A minimum of a high school education or GED equivalent. 5 years of backroom banking processing knowledge.
