The International Senior Sales Supervisor is responsible for providing efficient and accurate customer and banking services while delivering the “IBC Experience”. Duties must be carried out accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This includes meeting customer needs by offering bank products and services and establishing new relationships and improved sales.Job Description:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Must have served as an International Sales Representative II for at least two years.
Shows proof of successfully assisting customers with account-related activity; and, a track record of meeting goals.
Supervises International Sales Representatives I and II.
Provides strong leadership skills to coordinate team delivery of prompt, efficient and friendly customer service that result in sales.
Sets project priorities and commitment to deadlines.
Evaluates customer financial needs and offers bank products and services. This may include interacting with other bank departments.
Understands and supervises bank functions including loan collection, overdrafts, clearing exceptions, certifications, and dormant accounts.
Gather all required documentation to comply with bank’s policies and procedures.
May have a customer portfolio assignment.
Provides training and guidance to new staff members.
Demonstrates a high level of accuracy to assure minimum risk to the bank.
Champions and supervises customer financial needs by offering products and services through the Referral Program.
Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality – he / she will work with important customer information.
Serves as a point of contact when supervisor is not in office.
Other duties as assigned.

Sales skills, customer service and goal oriented.
Enjoy working with customers – can begin conversation, build rapport, promote, and sell.
Able to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Proficient in computer skills and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and its applications.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
Strong math skills and ability to use calculator functions.
Analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Team player.
EDUCATION
High school graduate or GED equivalent.
