This role leads capital construction and facility projects across North America, guiding them from early planning through commissioning and turnover. You’ll be accountable for delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget while ensuring alignment with company standards, safety expectations, and operational goals.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal partners and external contractors to manage design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution. The role includes leading pre‑construction planning, permitting, and contractor selection, overseeing on‑site construction, and ensuring a smooth closeout and transition to operations.

The ideal candidate brings experience delivering industrial or capital construction projects, managing contractors, and juggling multiple projects at once. Strong financial, scheduling, and communication skills are key, along with comfort using modern construction and project management tools. Experience in manufacturing environments and certifications such as PMP, CCM, or OSHA 30 are a plus. U.S. work authorization without sponsorship is required.
