JOB FUNCTION:

Support the Treasury Management Officers during the onboarding of new and existing business customers. The position is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of all treasury products. All the while maintaining and developing our Treasury Management clientele to ensure retention and customer satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with Treasury Management Officers to coordinate implementations with prospects, current clients, and setup of all Treasury and Merchant Services Products
  • Engage in direct contact with Treasury Management customers to schedule trainings, contract signings, agreements, and installations
  • Authenticate and set up new applications and/or profiles on various Treasury Management products: (ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Wires, Positive Pay, Merchant Services and Lockbox)
  • Complete Treasury Management Service and Merchant Service Agreements and send to customer either via E-Signature or in person
  • Provide high quality technical training by telephone, on-site, email and web based remote applications, Zoom or Teams, for new and existing Treasury Management customers
  • Handle phone and email inquiries related to Treasury Management Sales, Implementation, On-boarding, and Training
  • Work directly with vendors for onboarding new merchant customers
  • Train merchant customers on acceptance guidelines
  • Work with management to review and approve/adjust all pending merchant services discount rate proposals and fee schedules
  • Review and approve any adjustments necessary to existing merchant services discount fee schedules
  • Generate, maintain, and distribute monthly reports for various tracking and analytical purposes
  • Utilize vendor dashboards (Q2 Console, Profit Stars, Online Banking, Centrix ETMS, Deluxe and Synergy) for a variety of research and customer support functions and audit purposes
  • Install RDC and Merchant equipment at Business Locations remotely or on-site
  • Maintain and order RDC Scanner and Merchant Equipment Inventory
  • Provide technical support and training on RDC and Merchant systems and equipment
  • Ensure adherence to all merchant services program and service requirements, stay abreast of changes, and remain knowledgeable of acquirer laws, regulations, mandates, and card association guidelines
  • Remain active with new technologies, competitive services, and deliver ideas to management for growth
  • Remain accustomed to competitor fee schedules and statement deciphering so that comparisons for potential clients are accurate
  • Serve as Administrator to various internal systems and complete access setup for designated personnel as necessary
  • Send all completed agreements and approval forms for scanning into Synergy
  • Utilization of Contact Relationship Management (CRM) System
  • Must maintain familiarity with jeffersonbank.com and ability to navigate the site
  • Perform other duties as assigned as delegated by management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Work Experience

  • Three years’ experience in banking (Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Operations)
  • Three years of experience providing customer support in person and via phone
  • Three years of technical support with Internet, search engines, browsers, system settings,

mobile devices and personal computers

  • Familiarity with Treasury Management Products and Services
  • Preferred three years of Treasury Management Experience

Supervisory Experience

· None

Education/Skills/Experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· College degree preferred

· Experience with basics of IT security and fundamentals of PC antivirus and anti-spyware

Internal/External Contacts

· Daily contact with Commercial Customers, Branch and Department Management, Banking Officers, Banking Associates and other online service providers and vendors.

Equipment/Machines/Software

· Excellent computer literacy in all Microsoft Programs (Outlook, IE 7 and 8 and other popular browsers, Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe
Reader)

· Experience with the Internet, search engines, browsers, and general PC connectivity

· Smartphone experience

· Ability to work with office equipment such as copiers, scanners (Install, support and troubleshoot), Shredders, and fax and other electronic
devices.

· Must be able to communicate effectively, coherently and in a concise manner with customers

· Proven organizational skills with ability to multi-task and follow assigned tasks through completion

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Must be accustomed to a fast-paced office environment

· Must have the ability to resolve conflict and provide resolution professionally and in an empathetic manner to customers
