- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
Lead and govern complex initiatives across the full product life cycle—from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement—ensuring business outcomes, KPIs, and alignment with product vision, strategy, and roadmap are achieved.
- Act as a strategic partner to Product Managers, Area Product Owners, and the Product Quad, building strong relationships across Technology, Operations, Risk/Controls, and co-suppliers.
- Translate strategy into execution by developing clear delivery plans covering scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success measures, while managing cross-team dependencies from intake through completion.
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers, drive structured problem-solving, and coordinate with partner teams to remove obstacles that slow delivery.
- Leverage data, analytics, and tools (Jira/Jira Align or similar) to monitor progress, manage risk, and drive informed decision-making; apply AI-enabled tools and automation where appropriate to streamline planning, reporting, and communication.
- Create and deliver high-quality program documentation and executive-ready presentations, including status updates, RAID logs, decision records, and governance forum materials.

- 5 plus years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes

Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Cross-functional expertise balancing competing needs across Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk/Controls while maintaining quality and stakeholder confidence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex objectives, identify risks early, and drive remediation across business, technical, and operational workstreams.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), including executive-level presentations and facilitating cross-functional discussions and decision-making.
- Interpersonal leadership and influencing skills with the ability to build trust, challenge constructively, and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Tech proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and the ability to understand architecture, data flows, integrations and platform constraints well enough to engage effectively with engineering teams and make trade-off recommendations.
- Strong experience working in an agile product delivery environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, scaled agile), including familiarity with tooling such as Jira and Jira Align.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum, SAFe)
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools for analysis, documentation, or reporting is a plus, along with additional analytics or visualization tools.
