As a Change Management Governance Process Architect Associate within JPMorganChase, you will be responsible for Change Management processes for Operations and will manage, coordinate, and execute projects impacting the change management flow and data integrity to ensure Operational teams can manage changes with high quality and sound controls. You will also support maintaining Change Manager access and alignment, working closely with CKM and broader Operations teams to understand and enable appropriate user access, and coordinating with business partners and CKM staff to ensure proper onboarding/offboarding training.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate business CORE and hierarchy update requests with CKM capacity constraints
- Direct activities by monitoring details, setting priorities, and providing status updates
- Understand project metrics, critical path, and deliverables
- Manage issues with competing objectives from Controls, business partners, and CKM constraints
- Demonstrate sound judgment in knowing when/what to escalate and to whom
- Resolve issues through mediation/escalation, issue identification and prioritization, and proactive remediation
- Facilitate sessions and deliver to large audiences, including senior leaders as stakeholders
- Ensure preparedness of updates across all impacted parties in Operations
- Coordinate access and profile updates for new, modified, or offboarded Assessment Units
- Update CKM profiles and access to account for changes in Assessment Units
- Maintain Operations role alignment for various roles and types of users
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Strong relationship management skills across a diverse group of individuals in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Foundational analytical skills
- Ability to develop reports in Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience, including Microsoft Project
- Time management and planning skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as Prosci Change Management, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent
- Experience supporting Operations in regulated, large-scale enterprises (e.g., financial services, fintech, healthcare)
- Familiarity with risk and control frameworks and operational resiliency practices
