North Park Lincoln (San Pedro location) is looking to add a new full-time receptionist to the team. The applicant must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, possess a professional appearance, and have great communication skills. Our team is responsible for all incoming calls to schedule service appointments, but must also be able to problem solve when clients have unexpected issues. Our Service department is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 7:00pm and on Saturdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm, therefore, the candidate must be available to work shifts during those hours.

Job duties you can expect:

• Inbound (primarily)/ Outbound calls
• Gathering Appointment Details for the advisors
• Understanding Warranty Information
• Accounting
• Scanning/Faxing/Email
• Ordering Supplies
• Light housekeeping
• Ability to sit for minimum of 8 hours
• Cross-training
• Ability to work with scheduling & communication programs
• Barista duties
