Life as a recruiter at Kairoi is constantly changing and dynamic! Every day offers new chances to connect, analyze data, coach and mentor, and enhance employer branding. Our Recruiting Team functions as key collaborators, meaning you'll not only represent the Kairoi brand externally but also guide and support hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process.
- You are the Producing Partner!
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine candidate qualifications.
- Source and attract highly equipped candidates.
- Build strong relationships with potential future associates and career-match when the timing is appropriate.
- Stay up-to-date on the cutting-edge of hiring techniques with videos, social media campaigns, texting features, and more.
- Work with the Senior Recruiting Manager for special projects and initiatives that attract talent.
- You are the Talent Coach!
- Establish a strong working relationship with corporate, mid-level, and executive hiring leaders.
- Guide hiring managers through the interview, offer, and onboarding process.
- Offer training resources to hiring managers.
- Help managers navigate tough interview conversations, candidate selections, counter-offer protocols, and more.
- Support hiring managers in the creation of a positive candidate experience.
- You are the Market Expert!
- Understand regional hiring, turnover, and role-specific trends.
- Stay up-to-date on hiring laws and regulations for all markets.
- Stay connected and develop relationships with universities, technical schools, and colleges to bring newly credible talent to the Kairoi team.
- Dig deep into candidate feedback and use feedback to provide expert market insight to hiring managers.
- You are the Driver of Data!
- Keep a strong pulse on time to fill, cost per hire, number of total applicants, candidate sources, pre-employment assessment results, and more.
- Leverage social media campaigns for hiring that highlight employer brand, and use social analytics to adjust the campaign for strategic candidate attraction.
- Work with the engagement coordinator on eNPS scores and candidate sentiment toward the Kairoi Brand.
- Work with the engagement coordinator to understand internal turnover and satisfaction data to better hire qualified candidates.
- Use data gathered to influence hiring managers to make informed and strategic decisions.

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or 3rd party environment is required.
- Certifications or a Bachelors degree in related field is preferred.
- A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- Strong customer service skills, a desire to mentor and coach, and a willingness to serve others would help this individual be successful.
- Attention to details, active listening skills, and problem solving abilities are a must.
- This role will allow for a healthy blend of creativity and data. An individual who enjoys and is skilled in both is helpful!
- Primary Softwares used: Canva, Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Paylocity, LinkedIn, CultureAmp, SOCi, Asana, DISC, and SHL/AMCAT.
