What a Typical Day Could Look Like

As a Data Project Manager Intern at Kairoi Residential, you will be immersed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the team with the execution and coordination of technology initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure technology projects are completed on time and within budget, while also learning valuable project management and technology implementation skills.


You are the Project Organizer!

  • Take the reins in helping plan, organize, and execute high-impact technology projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Be the backbone of project logistics, ensuring all deliverables are on track and helping everyone stay focused on the finish line!

You are the Problem Solver!

  • Proactively identify risks and brainstorm creative solutions to keep projects moving forward without missing a beat.
  • Work hand-in-hand with team members to resolve issues quickly, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • You’ll get to act as the go to person for troubleshooting and overcoming challenges, helping the team stay one step ahead of potential project roadblocks.

You are the Communicator!

Requirements

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in technology and project management, particularly in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with others, while adapting to a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to track project progress, manage timelines, and coordinate resources.
