Legacy Mutual Mortgage is an outstanding full service residential mortgage lender originating, underwriting and closing conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA and USDA mortgage loans. · Ensures timely and accurate set up of loan files.

· Orders verifications, appraisals and final inspections as needed and updates loan files.

· Orders all insurance, title work, surveys, etc.

· Communicate with Production Association II and Processor when issues need resolution.

· Maintains up-to-date pipeline at all times.

· Uploads all received third party documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

· Must maintain regular attendance.

· May perform other duties as assigned.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum three years of mortgage processing, underwriting, originating, or a combination of all aspects preferred but not required.

· Must be able to work 40 hours a week during normal business hours.

· Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook applications.

· Must be proficient in Desktop Underwriter/Desktop Originator, Loan Prospector, and Originations systems.

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Must have a positive attitude and maintain professionalism.

· Must be dependable, self-motivated and require minimal supervision.

· Must be proficient with major correspondent and wholesale channels and their guidelines, including their websites and pricing engines

· Must be organized and detail oriented.
