Phyllis Browning Company (PBC), Texas’ premier independently owned luxury real estate brokerage, is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our San Antonio North Central office.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Manager is responsible for the growth, performance, and profitability of the San Antonio North Central office by recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-quality real estate agents, providing hands-on support for contracts, negotiations, pricing, and listings, coaching agents to higher performance, and strengthening market share.

Compensation:

  • Base salary + Performance Incentives


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Leadership & Agent Development
  • Provide daily advisement on contracts, negotiations, pricing, and listing strategy
  • Coach agents on business planning, goal setting, and productivity growth
  • Support agents in refining listing presentations and client experience
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews
  • Lead sales meetings, trainings, and masterminds


Recruiting & Growth

  • Proactively recruit experienced and productive agents
  • Build and manage a recruiting pipeline
  • Conduct recruiting appointments and assist with onboarding
  • Research competitors and develop recruiting strategies
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting goals


Market Expansion & Brand Leadership

  • Represent PBC at industry and networking events
  • Build strong relationships within the North Central market
  • Drive market share growth


Culture, Retention & Accountability

  • Reinforce PBC culture and professionalism
  • Plan and support agent engagement initiatives
  • Address performance and conduct matters professionally


SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS

Standard office hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., with flexibility required for evenings and weekends based on agent and business needs.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active Texas Real Estate License
  • 3+ years real estate sales experience
  • 5+ years management/leadership experience
  • Proven recruiting success
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
