Position Overview

Interns at Harris Williams play an integral role in all the firm’s merger and acquisition advisory activities. Interns learn the deal process through live transaction work alongside seasoned banking professionals and are active contributors during every phase of the deal process.

Job Description

As an Intern, you will work on live deals and contribute to the following:

  • Pitch Materials
  • Valuation Analysis
  • Confidential Information Memorandum
  • Management Presentation

Harris Williams is currently seeking interns to join it's Frankfurt office for 12 weeks from June/July, 2024. Harris Williams hires individuals who are accomplished both inside and outside of the classroom. Eligible candidates should be in the second half of their academic studies and have a strong academic track record. No specific academic subject is required; however, basic knowledge of finance and accounting is desired. Individuals should also be proficient in conversational and written German and English.
