La Posada Hotel is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Bartender to oversee bar operations and deliver exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. This role combines bartending expertise with leadership responsibilities, including supervising bar staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining a well-organized bar environment. • Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring adherence to company service standards and procedures.

Education/Formal Training:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bartending certification preferred.
• Must have TABC and Food Handlers Certification.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and alcohol regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and guide staff effectively.
