At Regions, the Learning & Development Analyst supports the design, implementation and management of various learning and development programs that meet the needs of Regions associates. This position will also support the implementation of business solutions and deployment of innovative programs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supports the Learning and Development teams (Design, Business Learning Solutions, Leadership Development and/or Talent Management) with the design, implementation, and measurement of key programs
  • Collaborates to create tools and processes for assessing, developing, and engaging associates
  • Helps ensure learning opportunities are in place for all associates to enhance their ability to achieve goals and capability to perform well and/or assume increased levels of responsibility
  • Liaises with analytics teams to execute reporting
  • Maintains strong relationships with HR Centers of Excellence, business leaders, associates, colleges, and universities
  • Identifies opportunities to improve processes and procedures

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience
  • Or High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years or related experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation

This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$52,911.65 USD

50th Percentile:

$65,860.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This job is not incentive eligible.
