Primary Responsibilities:

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Receive and take guest orders and process in a timely manner through whatever systems are currently used in the restaurant.


• Serve food and beverages to guests and refill drinks accordingly.


• Perform sidework and/or opening & closing duties as specified.


• Operate point of sale system.


• Clean tables, straighten chairs, and keep floor free of debris.


• Clean service area and replenish as needed.


• Bus and set tables.


• Assist in Room Service (if necessary).


• Handle cash and credit transactions.


• Perform other duties as assigned.


• Communicate with support crew and management.


• Volunteer hotel information to guests. Must be knowledgeable about other restaurants, shops and locations on property and about current/upcoming events.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• One year restaurant experience.


• High volume experience.


• Good food and service knowledge.


• Basic POS knowledge.


• Pleasant personality.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Flexible schedule required, to include AM/PM, weekends and holidays.
