ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Analyzes and observes processes to understand process steps, interdependencies, and applications used to complete business transactions.
  • Creates documentation and project artifacts to document the RPA team’s development and deployment activities.
  • Data management and mining for empirical decisioning.
  • Develops AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
  • Creates user guides and communications.
  • Conducts complex high-level assessments and defines process complexity in terms of RPA.
  • Identifies which processes are feasible for automation and provides recommendations to alter or reengineer processes to automate and/or improve automation potential.
  • Outlines technical requirements including detailed RPA logic, beginning to end of a process, including the completion of the transaction; designs automation to be unattended.
  • Provides detailed outline of process inputs: various formats, structured versus unstructured layouts, etc.; converts unstructured inputs to structure as needed.
  • Creates alternate flows, nested validations, and verifications to outline the various paths a transaction can traverse through the automation flow.
  • Defines capabilities needed to track and manage a digital workforce.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in software development related experience.
  • Intermediate Information Technology (IT) technical skills, including code analysis, impact analysis and risk assessment.
  • Experience with Visio Process Mapping.
  • Uipath Certification required.
  • Proficient with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 13, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, and fax.
  • Able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.
  • Able to stand, stoop, and kneel to file for long periods of time.
  • Able to push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items.
  • Able to type 35 WPM.
