SWBC is seeking a talented individual to be responsible for end-to-end launch of products, enhancements, and maintenance. This individual will collaborate with business stakeholders to develop product roadmap and drive innovation and efficiency in a fast paced environment.

Essential duties include the following:

  • Builds, updates, and manages the execution of a strong software centric product roadmap.
  • Key stakeholder of the agile team responsible for working with internal stakeholders and application analyst to create and define user stories for upcoming work.
  • Uses critical thinking, problem solving, and Agile principles to partner with business owners, subject matter experts, and the development team in order to build effective solutions.
  • Prioritizes Product Backlog for each application based off business and customer needs, shifts work, as needed, while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team.
  • Determines prioritization and staffing needs with stakeholders of production support items vs new enhancement/features.
  • Solicit client feedback with feedback sessions and focus groups.
  • Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forms project teams; and establishes project budget.
  • Determines operational objectives by analyzing business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
  • Reports and communicates project status and timelines to stakeholder, business units, clients and vendors and serves as point-of-contact for all internal/external clients and vendors for data questions and insights.
  • Produces documentation for release to support product marketing, product deployment/implementation, and product support efforts.
  • Performs user acceptance testing and post production verification testing utilizing test plans.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, MIS, CS, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in process improvement, project delivery, or business/requirements analysis.
  • Capable of addressing product needs in a cross organizational environment.
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of delivery methodologies to include Agile and similar approaches.
  • Proficient knowledge with multiple technical software delivery methodologies (i.e., Agile, waterfall).
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office products (Team Foundation Server, Azure).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong flow charting and visualizing system integrations experience.
  • Strong business judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Strong ability to create aspirational product vision and address work required to achieve product vision.
  • Ability to travel locally, state-wide, and/or nationally.
  • Ability to work within various delivery methodologies to create business value.
