SWIVEL is seeking a talented individual who is an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge payment technologies. In this senior role, you will take ownership of highly complex projects and drive strategic initiatives, working closely with engineering and leadership teams to deliver innovative solutions. Essential duties include the following:
- Leads the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Develops detailed product features, epics, and technical user stories for the development team, focusing on complex, high-impact products.
- Partners with engineering, business, and executive teams to prioritize product roadmaps and ensure technical feasibility.
- Analyzes product performance using data and analytics, identifying critical areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Drives integration efforts for third-party services and create a scalable partner network.
- Conducts advanced market research and competitive analysis to influence long-term product strategy.
- Guides and mentors mid-level and junior technical product managers, sharing best practices and industry insights.
- Ensures the creation of technical documentation and playbooks for internal and external use.
- Champions the delivery of new product features, coordinating go-to-market strategies with product marketing and customer success teams.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Eight (8) years of experience in technical product management, particularly with B2B SaaS products.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale technical products and cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in payment technologies and integrations with financial institutions or credit unions.
- Advanced knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, including APIs, JSON, and cloud platforms.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience leading Agile teams.
