SWBC is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with integration partners across multiple product lines. This individual contributor will serve as the primary liaison between SWBC and its partners, ensuring alignment of business objectives, managing contracts, and facilitating collaboration between internal teams and external partners. • Monitor partner performance and recommend actions to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
• Ensure partners meet SWBC’s compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of partner activities, agreements, and performance metrics.
• Escalate and resolve issues promptly to maintain operational integrity.
• Strength and stability of partner relationships (measured through feedback and retention).
• Timely execution and renewal of partner agreements.
• Effective coordination between internal teams and partners.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Five (5) years in partner management, account management, relationship management, or business development roles.
• Proven experience in managing strategic relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial services or related industries.
• Experience working with banks, credit unions, or financial institution ecosystems.
• Understanding of vendor management processes and compliance requirements.
• Exposure to integration partnerships or technology vendors (basic understanding is sufficient).
• Develops trust and credibility with partners and internal teams.
• Secures favorable agreements while maintaining positive relationships.
• Works effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Aligns partner activities with business objectives.
• Resolves conflicts and removes barriers to success.
