SWBC is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with integration partners across multiple product lines. This individual contributor will serve as the primary liaison between SWBC and its partners, ensuring alignment of business objectives, managing contracts, and facilitating collaboration between internal teams and external partners. - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned integration partners, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
- Develop and maintain strong executive and operational relationships with partner organizations.
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
- Manage partner agreements and amendments in coordination with Legal and

- Ensure all agreements are current, documented, and adhered to by both parties.
- Act as the bridge between SWBC product teams and integration partners to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
- Facilitate discussions on new initiatives, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate internal resources to support partner needs and deliver on commitments.
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships across multiple FIG product lines.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support joint initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor partner performance and recommend actions to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
- Ensure partners meet SWBC’s compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of partner activities, agreements, and performance metrics.
- Escalate and resolve issues promptly to maintain operational integrity.
- Strength and stability of partner relationships (measured through feedback and retention).
- Timely execution and renewal of partner agreements.
- Effective coordination between internal teams and partners.
- Growth in partner-driven opportunities and revenue influence.
- Compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Five (5) years in partner management, account management, relationship management, or business development roles.
- Proven experience in managing strategic relationships and negotiating contracts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with financial services or related industries.
- Experience working with banks, credit unions, or financial institution ecosystems.
- Understanding of vendor management processes and compliance requirements.
- Exposure to integration partnerships or technology vendors (basic understanding is sufficient).
- Develops trust and credibility with partners and internal teams.
- Secures favorable agreements while maintaining positive relationships.
- Works effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Aligns partner activities with business objectives.
- Resolves conflicts and removes barriers to success.
