The Commercial Card Implementation Manager has responsibility for working directly with clients in designing and onboarding their commercial card program(s).
Combining project management, systems integration, and commercial card product knowledge, the individual will lead clients in gathering requirements; assisting clients to make program feature selections to ensure the card program will achieve the client's goals; and training customers in how to use the tools Texas Capital provides.
Specific skills required are:
- a minimum of five (5) years' experience with all aspects of implementing commercial card programs in the middle market and large corporate market segments
- advanced product knowledge of: purchase cards, corporate travel (Central Travel, Declining Balance, and traditional travel cards), fleet cards, and virtual cards
- ability to understand how data flows for cards into client AP, Requisition, GL, and accounting systems, including how to manage files and systems integrations
- knowledge of payment methodologies and flow of funding
- a minimum of three (3) years' experience training on customer tools
- at least 2 years' experience with onboarding TS2, including ADM and Standard Batch
- minimum three (3) years' experience with managing VPA, ICCP, ICBT, STP, and supplier enablement
Additional skills considered helpful:
- project management coursework
- experience with file testing
- experience with SmartData, Spend Clarity, including expense management modules
- advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- understanding of ACH payments
