Boing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Facilities Maintenance Project Management Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, TX.
This Individual will fill a day shift and an on-call role conducting preventative maintenance on, HVAC, building automation, environmental, health and safety systems as well as coordinating contracting efforts with various subcontractors at Boeing managed sites.
Position Responsibilities:
- Monitors milestones and task activities to ensure timely completion of project
- Performs variance analysis and makes recommendations for change, to ensure schedule commitments are met
- Receives customer requests for high-impact facilities projects, such as construction, rearrangements, moves, and asset acquisition, via various electronic methods
- Conducts preventative maintenance on HVAC, building automation, environmental, health and safety systems
- Ensures compliance with Boeing and regulatory standards such as city, county, state, federal
- Develops, assembles and finalizes work package by collecting and integrating various individual documents such as facilities work order, contract service request, drawings, vendor quotes, schedule, permits
- Coordinates support functions such as vendors, security, fire, SHEA, network infrastructure and verifies compliance with project documents
- Directs and integrates high-impact project implementation activities such as relocations, construction, utility shutdowns, budget management, schedule, and project reviews
- Directs and ensures completion and retention of records for high-impact projects by following the standard operating procedure for closure and update of appropriate documents, forms, permits, work management systems, commissioning and as-built drawings
- Evaluates contractor proposals for fair and reasonable cost
- Participates in contractor selection, contract change negotiations, constructability reviews, and cost/schedule visibility such as management, customer and contractor reviews to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Evaluates requests and meeting with customer to define requirements for high-impact projects
- Identifies acceptable options with customer to clarify needs and develop the preliminary scope of work to meet the customer's requirements
- Negotiates options with customer to select the best solution for customer and company
- Ensures comprehensive closeout and retention of project and contract files to provide an audit trail
- Ensures that project implementation meets established quality, cost, schedule targets and regulatory requirements
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with an adjudicated Counterintelligence or Full Scope Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.).
Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 4+ years’ experience with Facilities, Operations or similar maintenance
- Experience working with U.S. Government contracts
- Ability to provide on-call support
- Microsoft Office experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- HVAC experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with Johnson Controls Building Automated Systems
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $107,950 - $146,050
