Illusions Rentals & Design is a subsidiary of The RK Group - Texas' largest privately held hospitality, special events and catering company, and a proven success for almost 80 years, is looking to fill a Junior Sales Representative role.

We are dedicated to hiring quality and experienced workers when making additions to our team!

The Junior Sales Representative position has the potential for growth into the Junior Sales Manager position. The ideal candidate would be a confident, self-motivated individual with a positive disposition that is interested to be challenged and grow within the company!

RESPONSIBILITIES would include, but are not limited to:

• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Consult with clients to understand event needs, budgets, timelines, and logistics
• Recommend appropriate rental items (furniture, tents, décor, equipment, etc.) and service packages
• Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, contracts, and event orders
• Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Update and maintain customer information and sales activity in CRM or booking systems
• Assist with on-site event support when needed
• Handle changes, cancellations, and last-minute requests professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, and event planners

REQUIREMENTS for the Junior Sales Representative include:

• At least 1 - 2 Years of Experience in a professional office setting
• At least 1-2 Years of hospitality sales office experience
• General admin experience and basic understanding of Microsoft Office is a MUST!
• Well-Organized, professional and with strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a high volume, fast-pace environment
• Ability to work with a small, tight-knit team
• Inclination to think forward and anticipate needs
• Expectation to work evenings, weekend days or holidays with proper notification to ensure client and event needs are met
• Experience with ALERT software is PLUS or any sales software systems or customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Strong personality, energetic, organized, and a self starter!

The compensation will be a Base salary plus commission, based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
