The Company: National Structures ~ an RK Group company, specializes in design, delivery, and assembly of temporary structures and event tenting for sports and entertainment, industrial and commercial applications and emergency response operations. National Structures provides temporary infrastructure including medical support facilities, logistical basecamps, disaster response services, and business continuity resources.

Position Summary of Regional Project Manager:

The Regional Project Manager serves as the primary project lead for tenting, flooring, and mobile asset rental needs from Illusions across the San Antonio and Phoenix locations. This role ensures accurate coordination, tracking, and movement of company assets while promoting teamwork, operational efficiency and accuracy, with exceptional customer satisfaction.

This position is based in the San Antonio office and requires in-person attendance Monday through Friday. Weekend and after-hours support are required as business needs dictate.

Key Responsibilities of Regional Project Manager:

• Manage all tenting, flooring, and mobile asset rental projects for San Antonio and Phoenix operations.
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of all orders, updates, and changes within Alert software system.
• Review, double-check, and validate ticket entries for accuracy against Illusion tickets.
• Oversee pickup and return logistics for all assigned orders.
• Coordinate heavy equipment needs for Illusions San Antonio and Phoenix projects
• Apply for and secure all required city permits for San Antonio and Phoenix projects.
• Report project outcomes, risks, and escalations to appropriate leadership per project plans.
• Remain flexible and open to additional duties as the role evolves.
• Collaborate with Illusions and National Structures teams to ensure accurate loading, tracking, and movement of National Structures inventory.
• Work closely with the VP of Operations and Inventory Manager to allocate optimal inventory resources.
• Coordinate with Illusions and National Structures teams and external vendors to ensure seamless logistics execution.
• Proactively communicate with Illusions and National Team members on every project ticket.
• Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
• Demonstrate excellence in collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.
• Use experience and sound judgment to maximize efficiency and operational accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems (Word, Outlook, Excel) and inventory management software (Alert is a plus!)
• Ability to perform effectively and utilize problem solving skills in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Availability to respond outside of normal working hours when required.
• Experience in the rental industry or with tent/temporary structures is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
