The RKD Studio is on the lookout for a experienced, dynamic, and passionate Vinyl Graphics Installer to join our Print Lab team. As a leading national Experiential Agency known for our captivating event productions and immersive experiences, we're expanding and and looking for the right person to join our team.

We are located across the lake from the beautiful Red Berry Mansion on the east side of San Antonio. Our Print Lab department is renowned for its extraordinary event production support and experiential services, crafting everything from custom branding to big brand activations.

Role: You'll work closely with our Senior Print Lab Engineer, diving into various aspects of print production - from calibrating large format and flat bed printers, to assisting with UV prints, and installing vinyls and substrates.

Must-Have Qualities of a Vinyl Graphics Installer:

• Ability to lift heavy rolls of vinyl (40 pounds)

• Passionate about Experiential Events and Activations
• Stellar work ethic and organizational prowess
• Creative thought process and big ideas
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Attention to detail and adherence to procedures
• Strong ability to follow and execute instructions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid driver’s license

Primary Duties and Responsibilities of a Vinyl Graphics Installer:

• Producing signage such as but not limited to banners, die cut vinyl, labels, bar wraps, wall wraps
• Installs vinyl on and off site
• Follows policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Regular maintenance and cleaning of wide format printers as well as UV flatbed printer
• Works closely with the Fabrication department to assist with graphics for bars and prop build outs.
• Takes inventory of substrates, materials, inks and tools

Skills and Experience of a Vinyl Graphics Installer:

• Proficiency in installing vinyl and substrates diverse surfaces
• Large format printing industry experience
• Understanding RIP software, file setup and troubleshooting, is a bonus but not essential
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, is a bonus but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
