Responsible for determining goals, vision and marketing strategy for the recruiting efforts of the UT Health Science Center's health career programs and to increase student and community awareness of scientific endeavors and accomplishments at the UT Health Science Center.

• Ability to think strategically, display excellent judgment and make sound decisions.
• Knowledge of graduate program admissions and recruitment
• Ability to lead, direct and contribute to initiatives and processes within the school and institution while creating a collaborative and respectful team environment and improving workflows.
• Comprehensive knowledge of strategic communications, public relations, marketing, branding, community affairs and engagement.
• Content creation for print, web, and social media as well as strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• High tolerance for change and the ability to work on several projects and assignments concurrently.
• Applies knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals.
• Experience in successfully building teams, managing staff, and achieving work plan goals, priorities and deadlines.
