  • Bachelors degree
  • Ability to manage or participate in quality assessments of internal operations and the provider network to evaluate compliance and risk.
  • Knowledge and ability to present program information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Knowledge of state and federal standards, laws and regulations pertinent to the institution.
  • Working knowledge of incident management processes.
  • Collaborate with others in writing policies and procedures.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Reviews current policies and procedures and provide recommendations to improve upon the existing quality standards.
  • Oversees and leads internal audits of industry sponsored, investigator initiated, and cooperative group clinical studies to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance requirements are consistently met.
  • Plans and Initiates audits and inspects all programs to identify areas that may need improvement.
  • Monitors compliance with existing Incident Reporting Policies and Procedures, and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with reviewing policies, standards, and/or manuals as needed for compliance with applicable laws, regulations and other policies.
  • Collaboration in participant interviews, and oversees training, development, succession planning, and retentions strategies for employees.
  • Oversees handling of complaints/grievances and providing recommendations for disciplinary actions. Performs all other duties as assigned.
