Under general supervision, responsible for coordinating the flow of work among shops and assists in the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and execution of work orders.
- Manages competing demands in a changing work environment; able to anticipate and work around delays or unexpected events.
- Analytical and decision making skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ensures accountability; holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
- Ability to read and interpret work flow documents, i.e. work orders, emails, invoices, etc.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Coordinates the timely and efficient processing of all work orders through the various Facilities Management shops.
- Coordinates the activities of outside contractors as well as personnel from internal departments.
- Coordinates project schedules and provides quality assurance.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
