Under direct supervision, manages the overall delivery of a project from initiation through completion.

The STRONG STAR Training Initiative is seeking a dynamic Project Manager–Associate to join our team supporting Face the Fight, a national initiative to reduce veteran suicide.

• Experience and knowledge of standardized project management tools and methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant project management software and all Microsoft Office business supporting applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively on projects or in work group and improve workflows.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

The Project Manager–Associate will

• Collaborate with our project management team and faculty to provide technical assistance to nonprofit and industry partners implementing suicide prevention interventions.
• Daily responsibilities include coordinating virtual meetings and resources, addressing implementation challenges, collecting outcome data, and tracking key performance indicators.
• The role also involves conducting research on public data, organizations, and platforms to inform project support.
• Some travel may be required.
