Research Program Coordinator-Senior

Under limited supervision, responsible for providing oversight of the day-to-day operations by directing and coordinating the activities of multiple complex academic/educational/outreach programs. Facilitates and coordinates various academic activities, maintains records, databases, provides curriculum information, manages the application process and maintains documentation for continued accreditation. May work to assist the Program Director and serve as a resource for students/residents/fellows.
- Front-loaded Paid Time Off: 128 to 208 hours (16 to 26 days) of Paid Time Off based on years of service, given at the start of each fiscal year. PTO may be prorated in year one based on date of hire.
- Extended Illness Bank: 8 hours (1 day) accrued per month which can be used for illness or injury after one day of Paid Time Off is taken.
- Paid Family Leave: Up to 240 hours (6 weeks) to care for a spouse, child, or parent after 6 months of consecutive employment.
- Holidays: 12 set paid holidays each year.
Ability to generate standard and adhoc reports, and composes and prepares correspondence, forms, and fliers. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to serve as a resource to faculty, staff and students. Ability to work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment and capable of self-direction with long periods of indirect supervision.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field is required.
Experience:
Five (5) years related experience is required.
Responsible for the development and coordination of all aspects of the assigned program(s), including application, interviewing, hiring and training processes. Assist in the recruitment of students/residents/fellows, coordinates contracts and appointments of students/residents/fellows which may include research and clinical credentialing. Coordinates visa requirements, licensure and credentialing for students/residents/fellows. Composes and prepares complex correspondence, forms, fliers, and statistical reports. Responsible for coordinating schedules and meetings for faculty mentors and visiting students that requires the preparation of itineraries, agendas, meeting minutes and technical support. Coordinates activities related to faculty research programs, identifying faculty that could benefit, promotion, and assisting in development of activities and materials for the program. Manages all accreditation documentation to include institution and program reviews, site visits and other special events. Assist Program Directors with review and updates of annual handouts/manuals including recruitment materials, match materials, brochures, website, interview stationary, and orientation materials. Performs all other duties as assigned.
