Under direct supervision, provides highly technical skills in the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic and pneumatic controls.

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7:45am to 4:15pm


  • Basic understanding of Low Voltage Control Systems, Electromechanical, Pneumatic and Electro-pneumatic devices.
  • Knowledge of all building and safety codes.
  • Proficiency with computers and building automation software.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
EDUCATION:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Must possess valid Texas Driver's License and have a clean driving record.

  • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of HVAC and related systems.
  • Performs skilled work in troubleshooting, calibrating, repairing, modifying, inspecting, and maintaining electronic and pneumatic controls for HVAC and related systems.
  • Analyzes issues, takes voltage and current readings, uses test oscilloscope equipment and connects and checks additional equipment or apparatus with system expansion.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
