Under general supervision, analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and devises computer systems to compile and process data.

• Ability to work on all phases of systems analysis and learn and support new systems.
• Ability to clearly articulate business requirements and translate into detailed specifications.
• Ability to document simple and complex processes with technical flow charts.
• Proficient skills in situational analysis, research, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.

• Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for systems solutions.
• Prepares detailed program specifications and flowcharts, and coordinates the system's installation with the user department, ensuring satisfactory results.
• Configures, maintains, monitors and troubleshoots systems; communicates changes and provides quality assurance checks to ensure that standard practices are followed.
• Prepares, coordinates and executes system implementations; assists with the training and ongoing support of system users.
• Coordinates test plan development and conducts systems and components testing.
• Assists with the development of operating standards, policies, procedures and training programs.
• Prepares adhoc reporting that provides meaningful data to assist management in decision making.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
