The School of Health Professions at UTSA Health Science Center seeks to fill one adjunct faculty position starting Summer 2026. The primary responsibility is to teach one graduate course for the Speech-Language Pathology Program in the Communication Sciences and Disorders Department. The position is an adjunct appointment at the rank of Lecturer.
Responsibilities include teaching a graduate-level course in the field of expertise, with a focus on the assessment and management of communication and swallowing disorders related to head and neck cancer and tracheostomy. Applicants must have a Master’s or Doctorate degree in communication disorders and hold an ASHA CCC. Preference will be given to individuals with previous related work experience, including teaching and clinical practice.
