Multiple Sclerosis Specialist (Open Rank)
The Department of Neurology of the Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center is seeking an outstanding clinical/academic neurologist who specializes in Multiple Sclerosis to provide superb clinical care, undertake innovative and important collaborative research, and contribute to the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows. The candidate will join a vibrant team of clinical faculty and research scientists who are providing comprehensive patient care and conducting cutting-edge research as part of a National Multiple Sclerosis Society-certified Center for Comprehensive Care. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience, scholarly achievements, and professional accomplishments.
Minimum requirements are an MD/DO degree, completion of ACGME-accredited neurology residency training, and completion of fellowship training in multiple sclerosis. Candidates must be eligible for licensure in Texas and be board-eligible or certified in Neurology.
