Nocturnist Hospitalist
Medicine - Hospital Medicine

The Division of Hospital Medicine in the Department of Medicine, Joe R. & Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio (UTHSA) is currently seeking a nocturnist Hospitalist. This faculty position will hold an appointment of Assistant Professor/Clinical.

This position involves clinical work on housestaff and non-housestaff services at University Hospital as well as admissions, cross-cover, and participating in medical student and resident education and other scholarly activities. Qualified candidates must have a MD or DO degree, have completed 3 years of an ACGME-certified Internal Medicine residency and be board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). In addition, must be licensed by the Texas Medical Board and maintain a certification by the Drug Enforcement Administration for credentials with UTSA and University Hospital.
