The Accountant overview:

A/P (input, process, file electronically, 1099’s, etc.)

F/A (Fixed assets – input, process prepare depreciation journal entry and post).Also, will work on CIP (Construction-In-Process).

G/L -closes on a 5 to 6 days cycle as financials for the US prepared for P&L and Balance Sheet.

Taxation (Local, State and Federal)

Treasury – A/P Payments

Procurement – assist in sourcing for Operations for consumable items.

Risk and Strategy

Auditing

We are in a shared service concept in which India will supports for (A/R – invoicing, collection), Costing, Procurement, Engineering etc.

Needs to understand GAAP concepts and implement them in a growing company through procedure, protocols and internal controls.

Familiar with ERP systems: Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks or equivalent.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors Degree

2 years of Accounting experience

Experience in related industry -Manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, etc.

Able to work onsite, M-F 9-6 with some flexibility

Familiar with ERP systems: Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks or equivalent
