Exciting Opportunity: Executive Assistant to CEO/President

This is a unique chance to work closely with the CEO or President, helping to drive critical initiatives and playing a central role in shaping the company’s future. What You'll Do:

Be the right-hand to our CEO/President, organizing and prioritizing high volumes of information and calls with finesse and efficiency.

Operate independently, making crucial decisions with minimal supervision while ensuring top-level confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Own special projects that propel the company forward, collaborating with various departments to get things done.

Manage the CEO/President’s schedule and travel arrangements like a pro, ensuring every detail is seamless.

Coordinate high-stakes meetings, Board Member travel, expense reimbursements, and exclusive events with precision and creativity.

What We’re Looking For:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

10 years of experience in executive assistance, ideally in the financial sector.

A master organizer with the ability to juggle competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and keep everything running smoothly.

An excellent communicator who can interact confidently with internal teams, Board Members, and external stakeholders.

A detail-oriented professional who can handle both routine and high-pressure tasks with discretion and professionalism.

Tech-savvy with expert-level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio), and familiarity with SharePoint. Advance Power Point skills, able to create presentations.
