Are you looking for an exciting IT role where you can develop your technical skills and grow your experience?

In this role, you’ll work with desktop/laptop hardware, software installations, networking, and system maintenance. You will also diagnose and resolve IT issues both locally and remotely, keeping your work dynamic and engaging.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for division desktop and laptop computers, including software installation, troubleshooting, hardware deployment, and overall system maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve both hardware and software issues through local and remote support.
  • Collaborate with the Helpdesk team to ensure excellent customer service and IT support for staff.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 years minimum of IT support experience, including workstation hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, helpdesk support, software/hardware installation, and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with computer system maintenance, software and hardware installation.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Computer Systems Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Technology Administration, Computer Support, or a related field preferred.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft (MCSE, MCTS, MCITP, MCDST) are preferred.
