In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining compliance with contracts and policies while working closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.

What You Would Do

  • Review subcontractor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts, policies, and procedures
  • Analyze billed costs and resolve discrepancies or questioned charges prior to payment approval
  • Track invoice and payment history to ensure timely processing and proper application of credits
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and audit-ready invoice records
  • Communicate with internal teams and external subcontractors to research and resolve invoice-related issues
  • Manage tasks independently and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Keep real-time systems updated with invoice and task statuses
  • Provide professional and responsive support to ensure smooth invoice operations

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six years of experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or subcontract billing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel, as well as Word and Outlook
  • Experience with government contracts or subcontract invoicing is a plus
