We are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Manager to lead a 70+ unit development from groundbreaking to completion. This pivotal role requires a proven leader with strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of residential construction best practices to plan, coordinate, and execute all construction activities. The manager will serve as the primary on-site leader, supervising processes, managing subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules.
• Overseeing daily construction operations (site preparation, foundation, framing, rough-ins, finishes, landscaping).
• Implementing and enforcing quality control measures.
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors.
• Monitoring project expenses and approving subcontractor invoices.
• Conducting site inspections and enforcing safety programs.
• Resolving construction issues.
• Reporting progress to senior management and maintaining project documentation.
• Collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in residential construction, with 4+ years in a direct construction management or superintendent role leading subcontractors on significant residential projects (multi-family, tract homes, or large custom homes preferred).
• MUST be bilingual and Spanish speaking.
• Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and regulations, including blueprints and specifications.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
