Base Pay: $52,000/year (~$25/hr)

Employer-Paid Benefits: $19,768/year

Paid Time Off & Holidays: $5,600/year

Duties

• Engage with small business owners through outreach, events, and one-on-one navigation support.
• Build relationships with chambers, trade groups, and business development organizations.
• Identify and share relevant procurement opportunities.
• Collaborate with partner agencies and track engagement through a CRM system.
• Provide insights and trends to improve small business participation in contracting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or 10+ years related experience).
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM tools.
• Knowledge of small business development or procurement preferred.
