Summary
Leads financial operations by interpreting and implementing advanced accounting strategies for planning, control, and growth. Ensures accuracy, compliance, and profitability through hands-on leadership and analytical insight. Seeking someone that enjoys working onsite - (no remote or hybrid) engaged with all the staff and with each division.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports — balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow — in compliance with GAAP.
- Drive financial planning through strategic budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Evaluate and optimize incentive compensation plans across the organization.
- Analyze contract profitability and recommend improvements to maximize margins.
- Strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure audit readiness.
- Develop dynamic financial reporting structures aligned with industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 accounting professionals overseeing AP, AR, general ledger, and contracts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
