Summary

Leads financial operations by interpreting and implementing advanced accounting strategies for planning, control, and growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports — balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow — in compliance with GAAP.
  • Drive financial planning through strategic budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Evaluate and optimize incentive compensation plans across the organization.
  • Analyze contract profitability and recommend improvements to maximize margins.
  • Strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure audit readiness.
  • Develop dynamic financial reporting structures aligned with industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 accounting professionals overseeing AP, AR, general ledger, and contracts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with e-automate or similar financial database software.
