You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our essential IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across various systems and platforms. You'll spearhead critical projects aligned with our business objectives, driving efficiency, productivity, and accuracy throughout the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance of essential IT infrastructure, encompassing operating systems, security tools, servers, email systems, computing devices, software, and hardware.
  • Lead IT projects and initiatives aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Manage critical IT operations and systems administration to ensure uninterrupted business functionality.
  • Evaluate departmental needs and enhance productivity, efficiency, and precision to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate seamless network integration to meet business requirements, leveraging the full spectrum of available capabilities and remaining abreast of emerging features and competitor solutions.
  • Continuously assess processes, technologies, and vendors to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Conduct cost–benefit analyses for necessary upgrades and monitor vendor performance to optimize service quality and value.
  • Provide leadership in mentoring, interviewing, hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions for IT staff.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and maintain data backups.
  • Formulate and enforce IT policies and best practices across the organization.
  • Manage and report on the allocation of the IT budget.
  • Identify opportunities for team training and skills development.
  • Analyze resource utilization and devise strategies for performance optimization.
  • Establish, track, and refine IT goals and maintain a comprehensive IT roadmap.
  • Evaluate the success of IT initiatives and projects and explore new technologies and tools to enhance company operations.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and relationship-building skills to foster business partnerships.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management.
