Job Summary

Exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Manager function by planning, organizing, and driving efficient payment operations within the Finance Department. Supervise staff, strengthen processes, and ensure accurate, timely financial transactions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume invoice processing, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal departments and external vendors, resolving escalated payment issues quickly.
• Develop and maintain Accounts Payable and Travel policies to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Partner with IT to enhance systems and workflows in SAP SE and ReadSoft.
• Manage annual 1099 tax reporting and monitor financial data for accuracy and balance.
• Lead the employee Travel program, including payments, policy enforcement, and system updates.
• Train and mentor Accounts Payable staff on procedures and system best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressive accounting experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory or lead role.
